i think there is a big difference though between owning your own property and having electronic shares of a property. PP is convenient though

P2P is 4%, but Property Partner is 15% for me. I don’t consider it to be a peer-to-peer lending provider really. Owning property is completely different to short-term lending.

There’s nothing wrong with investment plans. PP have rules for trading as far as I know. For example, the income plan only invests in properties offering dividends higher than 5.2% right now. They target 7.2% per annum. They also restrict regions so that the portfolio is not too concentrated in a single area.
